"My experience in my role as a recruiter for social and business ventures was a constant challenge to say the least! Don't get me wrong, the chase is exciting! Knowing you beat the competition and met the scaling-up deadlines is thrilling. The struggle however, is real, So the solution I was looking to create was not to avoid manual recruitment. but to get beyond the initial stages as quickly and easily as possible. My approach definitely looks to blend the human element with impacting corporate lives through TechHiring."

"I have always been fascinated by human behaviour! Observing and interacting with people from different backgrounds, with distinct personalities, varied hobbies, interests, and skills, is what I enjoy most. It just seems natural to me that the right person, in the right work space, doing the job that bests suits him is the plug-in for happiness and increased productivity all around."
